Ingredients

  • 1 c. Mashed potatoes
  • 1-2 lb. Powdered sugar
  • 1 c. Peanut butter
  • COATING: 6 oz. Chocolate chips
Instructions

Mix together well. Start with 1 pound sugar and add more as needed for the candy to be rolled into balls. Roll into balls about 1 inch. around. Melt in double boiler. Dip balls in chocolate mixture and place on waxed paper and chill. The candies do not have to be dipped. If you desire, press peanut butter mixture into a pan and cut into squares.
