• 1 T.  Butter
• 1 c.  Processed American cheese, grated
• 1 T.  Onion, chopped
• 1 1/2 c. Milk
• 4 T. Chopped parsley
• 4 T. Catsup
• Dash tabasco sauce 
• 4 large Potatoes, peeled and sliced
• 1/2 T. Salt
• Dash of pepper 

Combine butter, cheese, onion, milk, parsley, catsup, and tabasco in a small bowl. Place potatoes in a greased casserole dish and salt and pepper them. Pour cheese-milk mixture over the potatoes and bake in 350 degree oven for one hour, or until potatoes are tender.
