Delikat is early maturing with oval yellow fleshed large tubers with shallow eyes that's suitable for fresh markets and chipping and dehydrated products. Tuber initiation occurs early and the vine is medium to tall sized with a rapid development. Its storablility is very good and it has resistances to potato wart, leaf roll virus, PVY, PVA. It is susceptible to late blight, rhizoctonia and blackleg. Delikat is a private variety of Norika.
