Florrisant is a high yielding, medium to late maturing variety from Holland that has round oval tubers with yellow skin and light yellow flesh. Plants are medium sized and spreading. Its useful in the fresh and chipping markets with a high specific gravity. It stores well and is adapted to warmer areas and has good drought tolerance. It has resistances to leafroll, PVA, scab, late blight, early blight and verticilium wilt. It has few problems with bruising, blackspot bruising and secondary growth. This is a private variety of HPZC.
