Breakfast Burritos

Ingredients

  • 1 Potato for each serving. Made into hash brown and fried until crisp.
  • 1 Flour tortilla for each serving.
  • 1 Strip of bacon for each serving.
  • SAUCE: 1 T.  Red chile powder
  • 2 T. Flour
  • 1/4 tsp.  Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Powdered cumin
  • 1 c. Water
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp.  Oregano

Instructions

Roll up the hash browns and one strip on bacon in a flour tortilla. Sauce: Cook in saucepan until thick. Spoon over breakfast burritos and top with grated cheese if you desire. Put in a hot oven or under broiler until cheese is melted.
