Potato Salad with Chiles
Ingredients
5-6 Cooked, cubed potatoes
1 small can Chopped green chiles
1 Hard boiled egg, shelled and mashed to crumbly
1/4 cup Diced onion
1 T. Salad dressing
2 T. Yellow mustard
1 T. Horseradish mustard
1 large Dill pickle, diced
1/2 cup Diced cheddar cheese
Instructions
Toss everything together, chill, and serve.
