Tuna Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 c Diced potatoes
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.)  Frozen peas & carrots
  • 1 can (6 oz.)  Tuna
  • 2 c. Basic white sauce

Instructions

Cook potatoes until tender. Add peas & carrots and cook another 5 minutes. Drain. Put tuna on top. Pour white sauce over tuna and crumble soda crackers over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
