September 12, 2026!! Celebrate America’s favorite vegetable with a day full of fun at Chapman Park in Monte Vista, CO! This is no ordinary food fest – this is a celebration of San Luis Valley agriculture! There will be the annual 5K Tater Trot, Craft and Food Vendors, Guided Ag Tours, Chef Demonstration, the Famous Mashed Potato Dunk Tank, Freshly Harvested Colorado Potatoes and much more!
