Breakfast Burritos
Ingredients
- 1 Potato for each serving. Made into hash brown and fried until crisp.
- 1 Flour tortilla for each serving.
- 1 Strip of bacon for each serving.
- SAUCE: 1 T. Red chile powder
- 2 T. Flour
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Powdered cumin
- 1 c. Water
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. Oregano
Instructions
Roll up the hash browns and one strip on bacon in a flour tortilla. Sauce: Cook in saucepan until thick. Spoon over breakfast burritos and top with grated cheese if you desire. Put in a hot oven or under broiler until cheese is melted.
