- 10 ea Yukon Gold Potatoes, large, french fry cut
- Oil for frying
- 3 Cups Pork Green Chili, Prepared
- 1.5 Cups Gravy, Chicken
- 1 Pkg – 10 oz Peppers, Mini, Sweet, Sliced
- 2 Cups Cheese, Chedder Blend, Shredded
- 6 Tbsp Cheese, Cotija, Crumbled
- 6 Tbsp Crema, Mexican, Fresh
- 6 Tbsp Cilantro, Fresh, Chopped
Directions:
- Fry the Yukons gold potatoes and season with salt and pepper
- While HOT – layer as follows to make the Colorado Poutine:
- French fries – Hot
- Chicken Gravy – Hot
- Pork Green Chili – Hot
- Cheddar Cheese Blend
- Cotija Cheese
- Crema
- Cilantro
- Garnish with mini peppers
