T J pariticipated in the 2014 SLV Potato Festival’s Downtown Taste-Testing Tour with this recipe.

• 4 squares unsweetened dark chocolate
• 3/4 cup butter
• 1 2/3 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup mashed potatoes
• 1 cup  flour

Instructions

Melt chocolate and butter in saucepan. In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, vanilla, salt, cinnamon, chili powder and eggs. Add chocolate mixture  and mix, potatoes, flour and chocoalte chips. Pour into greased and floured 9″ x 11″ pan and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.
