Ham and Potato Casserole

Ingredients
- 8 medium Potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 c. Sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 c. Diced onion
- 3/4 soup can Filled with milk
- 1 c. Grated cheddar cheese
- 1 c. Chopped ham
- 1 can Cream of mushrooms soup
Instructions
Boil cubed potatoes until tender. Combine mushrooms, onion, milk, cheese, ham, soup and heat. Cook and stir 10 minutes. Add drained potatoes and combine thoroughly with sauce. Pour into a baking dish and sprinkle a little more grated cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes in a 8 x 12 inch glass baking dish. Delicious with a green vegetable, bread, and green salad.
