Hash Browns
Ingredients
- 3-4 T. Margarine, melted in a 10 inch skillet
- 1 potato per person, scrubbed and peeled
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
Fry the potatoes uncovered over medium heat until they are browned on the bottom. Stir or flip the potato slices over, reduce heat, cover, and cook until potatoes are tender and browned all the way through.
