  • Mashed Potatoes
  • 1 Tbls Lime Juice
  • 1 Tbls Lime Zest
  • 1/4 C Tequila Mix
  • 1 C Rimming Salt
  • 8 Fresh Mint Leaves


Make mashed tight enough to hold the margarita mix and mix until it taste like you want adding the lime juice and zest. Rim the glass with salt – pipe in the potato mix and top with a mint leaf.
