Meat Stuffed Potatoes

Bake potatoes per your oven’s instructions. After standing time, halve potatoes and scoop pulp out, keep shells. Mash potatoes with oleo, milk, and salt and pepper to taste. Stir in cheese, onion, and meat. Spoon into shells. Top with additional cheese if desired. Place on serving dish and microwave 1 to 2 minutes on high, or until heated through and cheese melts.
