Potato Salad with Chiles

Ingredients

  • 5-6 Cooked, cubed potatoes
  • 1 small can Chopped green chiles
  • 1 Hard boiled egg, shelled and mashed to crumbly
  • 1/4 cup Diced onion
  • 1 T. Salad dressing
  • 2 T. Yellow mustard
  • 1 T.  Horseradish mustard
  • 1 large Dill pickle, diced
  • 1/2 cup Diced cheddar cheese

Instructions

Toss everything together, chill, and serve.
