Potato Soup

Servings: 6-8



Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Blend in flour, salt, and a dash of white pepper. Add milk all at once. Cook quickly, stirring constantly, till mixture thickens and bubbles. Remove sauce from heat when it bubbles. Add potatoes to the sauce. Heat through. Season to taste. Serves 6-8. Green peas are good in this soup too.
