Potato Stew – Mandy Tolliver
Ingredients
- 1 Lb hamburger
- 4 Cans beef broth, or 5 cups water and beef bouillon
- 2 1/2 Cups peeled diced potatoes
- 1 Cup diced carrots
- 1 chopped zucchini
- 1 chopped straight neck squash
- 1 small diced onion
- 2 tsp salt
Instructions
Brown hamburger; add beef broth and all other ingredients. Cook until vegetables are tender (approx. 30 min). Enjoy!
