Potatoes, Brats and Onions – Rory Sanders

2011 Bronco Potato Tailgating Recipe Winner

Servings: 4-6

  • 2 Large Potatoes
  • 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Onions
  • 4 Cooked Beer Brats


take 2 large potatoes and dice into cubes. In a large skillet put 2 Tbl spoons of Veg oil and brown potatoes, during this process put 1/2 cup of cut onions and sauté with the potatoes. Take 4 cooked Beer Brats and cut up into the skillet with potatoes and onions. Cook for about 10 min. Serve warm.
