Star’s Chili Cheese Fries – Skyla Encinas & Taryn Braun

We use fresh San Luis Valley Potatoes for our fries!


  • 4 russet potatoes
  • 1 star’s seasoning mix
  • 1/2 -1 Cup shredded cheese
  • 1 Can Green Chili or Homemade Chili


Cut the up and deep fry at 350 Degrees Fahrenheit.  Sprinkle them with “Star’s” Season Mix, top with shredded cheese and homemade green chili.
