- 6-8 Medium Potatoes
- 1 C Cream
- 1 Lb Sausage
- 3/4 C Fresh Green Chili, chopped
- Season to taste
Brown Sausage, set aside. Chop Green Chilis, set aside. Peel and boil potatoes in a large pot til tender, season – do not drain. Combine sausage, green chilies and cream to potatoes; simmer.
